Our Agency

Options Domestic & Sexual Violence Services is a member of the Kansas Coalition against Sexual and Domestic Violence (KCSDV). KCSDV enhances response and prevention efforts of member agencies and statewide initiatives through training, public policy advocacy, public awareness programs, accreditation of programs, and support to professionals and local crisis centers.

Jennifer Hecker

Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensures that programs and services are in line with the mission of Options, ensures that services are provided according to best practice, and ensures that the agency has the resources needed to provide direct service to victims.

Meagan Zampieri-Lillpopp

Director of Client Services

The Director of Client Services guides the creation and implementation of projects for the agency. Guiding current best practices, ensuring staff receives appropriate training and providing direct oversight for supervisors and administrative staff. Additionally, works with partnering organizations, oversees awareness events, and monitors grant progress regularly.

The Board of Directors role is to assure the mission and goals for the organization are met through establishment of an action-oriented strategic plan with appropriate policies and diligent fiduciary oversight. Board members actively advocate for and serve as ambassadors of Options throughout the 18 county service area.
