Development Associate (Full-Time, Hays or Colby)
The Development Associate supports Options’ mission by completing the annual fundraising program through donor cultivation, communications, and stewardship activities across our rural 18-county service area. Reporting to the Development Director, the Development Associate plays a critical frontline role in building and maintaining the individual donor relationships.

Evening Shelter Advocate (Full-Time)
The Evening Shelter Advocate supports victims and survivors in their recovery from trauma and works closely with clients to create their own plans for independence. The Evening Shelter Advocate carries out the goals of the Shelter Services program and specializes in providing day-to-day care and on-scene crisis intervention, working mostly with individuals and families in the safe shelter house.

Rural Advocate (Full-Time, Colby)
The Rural Advocate, based in Colby, supports victims and survivors in their recovery from trauma and works closely with clients to create their own plans for independence. The Rural Advocate helps support the Campus Awareness, Prevention, and Services Project and the Mobile Advocate Initiative in the western nine counties of Options’ service delivery area (SDA), traveling regularly to satellite locations.

Weekend Shelter Advocate (Part-Time)
The Weekend Shelter Advocate supports victims and survivors in their recovery from trauma and works closely with clients to create their own plans for independence. The Weekend Shelter Advocate carries out the goals of the Shelter Services program and specializes in providing day-to-day care and off-hours crisis intervention, working mostly with individuals and families in the safe shelter house.
