Pattern Changing Class Session 10 of 12
Join us for this FREE 12-week course where we’ll explore boosting self-esteem, understanding childhood trauma’s impact, and mastering healthy boundaries and assertiveness.
Classes will be held both in-person and on Zoom every Thursday evening at 5:30 pm. In-person sessions will take place at our Colby Office, 1480 W 4th St.
